Emmy Awards 2012: ‘Homeland’ batte tutti!

Si è svolta nella notte l’edizione numero 64 dei prestigiosi Emmy Awards®, gli Oscar della tv americana assegnati ogni anno alle migliori produzioni del piccolo schermo. La cerimonia, svoltasi al Nokia Theatre di Los Angeles (andata in onda su Sky), è stata condotta dall’energico Jimmy Kimmel che ha decretato i vincitori assoluti del prime time (la prima serata) della tv.
Il premio più ambito, quello per la Migliore Serie Drammatica è andato a ‘Homeland: Caccia alla Spia’, che dopo aver fatto incetta di Golden Globe a gennaio, anche oggi porta a casa alcuni dei premi più importanti, tra cui i Migliori Interpreti principali, vinti da Claire Danes e Damien Lewis.
‘Homeland’ ha scalzato dalla vetta ‘Mad Men’, che con 17 nomination era considerato il favorito alla vittoria. Ancora una volta ‘Modern Family’ si aggiudica il premio per la migliore serie comica, per il terzo anno consecutivo.
